4. Low flow resistance and energy consumption: When fully opened, the flow channel is unobstructed and the fluid resistance coefficient is small, which can significantly reduce pipeline pressure loss and improve system delivery efficiency.
5. Fast response speed: Equipped with pneumatic actuators, the full stroke response time only takes 0.5-3 seconds, supporting fast opening and closing and emergency cut-off, and adapting to the rhythm of automated control.
6. Wide applicability: It has a wide range of temperature and pressure resistance, and can handle various media such as water, steam, oil, acid and alkali solutions, pulp, mud, etc.
7. Easy installation and maintenance: The clamp/flange connection structure is compact, and the installation space is small; Modular design facilitates disassembly and assembly, and seals can be replaced separately, reducing maintenance costs.
Adaptive automation system: It can be paired with accessories such as locators and solenoid valves to receive 4-20mA signals for remote automatic control. It supports single/double acting modes to ensure production safety.
